Who Says You Have to Feel Your Age?

Updated: Aug 14

As we age, the cells in our body become more senescent, susceptible to damage, and less responsive to aid in repairing injuries. The cells that perhaps help the most in controlling those healing, repair, and regeneration mechanisms are known as Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs).

Over time, the number and viability of stem cells we have lessens. Meaning not only do we struggle to fully recover from injury or illness, but the bones, cartilage, and tissues in our body wear down, leaving us with aches & pains and more vulnerable to injury.

However over the last decade, it has been discovered that the stem cells in our fat tissue are more protected from this aging process. Celltex Therapeutics has developed a means of isolating and culturing the MSCs from one’s fat tissue to create a large population of pure cells to help aid in the body’s repair processes and lessen the deterioration that occurs naturally as we age.

In this webinar, we discuss the science and the results behind using your own stem cells to help keep aging at bay and get back to feeling like yourself again. Maxine Snapka, Celltex’s oldest client, joins the discussion to describe how she uses her own stem cells to maintain quality of life at 98 years old.

ABOUT THE GUEST:

At 100 years old, Maxine is still using her stem cells and plans to do so for at least another 5 years. Stem cell therapy has helped with her alertness, energy, and overall quality of life. With the help of her own MSCs, Maxine is able to live her life, without many of the interruptions that come with age.

NOTE: Today, Maxine is 102 years old but was 98 at the time of this recording.
