Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) have been identified and/or isolated from nearly every tissue type studied to date. While MSCs from these various unique sources share similar properties, there are differences in how and to what extent they express each property.
In this article, we break down three common MSC tissue sources: bone marrow, umbilical cord tissue, and adipose tissue.
