Many of us are responsible for the care of a loved one or the success of a business. We often are so absorbed by the need to help others that we can end up neglecting ourselves. In this webinar we’ll discuss the importance of “your oxygen mask first” mentality — the practice of meeting our own needs so we can be our best selves to serve others and thrive.
Join this webinar where we discuss ways to prioritize yourself through healthy living as the foundation for living life well. We’ll be joined by Celltex client and co-author of “Healthier Homes” Jen Stout as she shares her path to not only prioritizing healthy living for herself but bringing what she learned to improve the lives of others.
ABOUT THE GUEST:
Jen Stout

Jen Stout, Celltex client and co-author of “Healthier Homes,” understands what prioritizing your health now can do for your long-term quality of life.
For years, Jen struggled with fatigue and the sudden onset of allergies to certain foods, fabrics, and chemicals. It was eventually discovered that many of these issues were a result of black mold that had been growing in her Dallas apartment.
She was forced to move back home to Houston in order to recover from the harmful living environment. Yet continued struggles with her health caused her to look into Celltex. After receiving stem cell therapy with her Celltex Stem Cells, she saw remarkable improvements in her health and was able to return to working full-time.
Today, Jen’s healthy habits extend beyond the use of her banked stem cells. Having realized the importance of a healthy living and work environment, Jen and her husband started a business dedicated to building “healthy homes.” They design and build residential spaces using materials that are mold-resistant and toxin-free in an effort to help others avoid hidden toxins, like the ones that led to a decline in Jen’s health years ago.
